‘Oh, what a night’
Lisa and I were privileged guests of the first ever ‘Sense-ational Gala’ organized by Holly Doty and her team with ConnectDot, Orchestra London, London’s Highland Country Club and many other people showing their love of arts, culture and good cuisine in this fair city.

I was invited to present tasting and pairing notes to a crowd of roughly 150 wine enthusiasts. I was very nervous and flew through well under my allotted time of 5 minutes. The only thing that seemed to get fumbled was the coin toss to pick winners for a couple of wine gift baskets that we had organized for the audience. Something so simple got complicated by me. How is that not a surprise?
